At Pangea Chocolate we believe that a good chocolate starts with the beans. As we only use two ingredients, organic cocoa beans and organic sugar, we need them to be high-end ingredients. For this reason before sourcing a bean we make tests and when we are happy with the results we proceed to buy the beans.

We only use organic ingredients in our chocolate. Encouraging good farming practices and protecting the environment and our health is one of our goals. Sometimes, our beans don't have the organic certification, but the farmers are in the process of getting it.
